Local health and nutrition education nonprofits invited to apply through May 31
WHAT: The Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation is now accepting applications for its annual Neighborhood Grant program available to local nonprofit partners that support children’s health and nutrition education programs. In 2017, nearly 60 organizations received Neighborhood Grants, totaling $430,000 donated from Sprouts supported by in-store roundup campaigns and funds from the Foundation. Shoppers can help make change in their communities by participating in Sprouts’ in-store roundup campaign from April 18 through April 25.

To date, the Foundation has donated more than $5.1 million to health and wellness related causes. By supporting these programs nationwide that broaden access to health and nutrition education, the Foundation empowers individuals to live healthier lives.
