Foundation Donor/Partner Since 2017

Bulk food business, Torn & Glasser, has been family owned and operated since 1928. Located in the food hotspot of Southern California, the modern-day Torn & Glasser serves as an importer, processor, and packer of nuts, dried fruits, rice, bean, spices, and grains. The company actively supports its local community, having donated more than 16,000 pounds rice, beans, grains, and other dried goods to Inland Valley Hope Partners, an emergency food bank and shelter for individuals in San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. Torn & Glasser has also contributed to the Valley Food Bank in Pacoima, California, donating nearly 4,000 pounds of rice, beans and peanut butter to support the food bank’s mission. Further donations have been made to the Epiphany Catholic School, Future of Cities: Leading in LA, and the Good Shepherd Shelter for Homeless Women and Children, helping improve the lives of individuals in need.
