Andrew (Andy) Jhawar rejoined our board of directors in May 2026, having previously served as chairman of our board from April 2011 to August 2015 and board member through February 2016. Andy is a former partner at Apollo Global Management, Inc., having retired in December 2024 after nearly 25 years, where he oversaw private equity investment transactions in the consumer and retail industry. Andy currently serves on the board of directors at The Michaels Companies, PetSmart and The Stand and previously served as a board member at a number of public and private companies in the consumer and retail industry, including, among several others, Hostess Brands, Heritage Grocers Group, The Fresh Market and Smart & Final. Prior to joining Apollo, Andy was an investment banker focused on leveraged finance transactions for five years with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Jefferies & Company.

Andy earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
