PHOENIX – Sprouts Farmers Market is excited to announce it will open its newest store in the Hillside Village located at 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 322 in Dallas on Nov. 18. A ribbon cutting will take place Friday morning at 6:45 a.m. The doors to the store will open at 7 a.m.

Grand Opening Weekend Events:
From Friday, Nov. 18 through Sunday, Nov. 20, customers who text “DALLAS” to 777-688 will receive 20% off their purchase when they scan their account barcode at checkout. Through the app, shoppers can view the Sprouts’ weekly ad and save more than $100 with digital coupons on grocery staples and new items every month.
Throughout the weekend guests will be treated to samples from pioneering brands at the Vendor Village, kids’ games, DJ and more. On Friday, the first 250 shoppers will receive a reusable goodie bag filled with product samples from featured brands. Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, the first 200 guests will receive a golden envelope filled with coupons. A caramel apple charcuterie demo from Thyme & Date with samplings will be available all weekend plus a prize wheel and other activations will add to the celebration.
As part of the grand opening celebration, the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation is awarding $80,000 to Out Teach, a local nonprofit that builds outdoor learning spaces at elementary schools to unlock the potential of experiential learning for students. The funding will be used to build a new school garden at Solar Preparatory School for Boys, an elementary school in the Dallas Independent School District. On Saturday, Nov. 12. more than 200 volunteers from Sprouts and Young Men’s Service League will donate their time to build the school garden in a single day. Since 2015, the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation has donated $1M to Out Teach and built 15 learning gardens with the nonprofit in Dallas.
The Dallas community can look forward to seeing locally produced products line the shelves including fresh fruits and vegetables from Chip Berry Produce, South Tex Organics, True Harvest Farms and more. Additionally, through Sprouts’ Food Rescue program, the new store will donate groceries that are no longer fit for sale but remain perfectly edible and nutrient rich to North Texas Food Bank.
