Sprouts Farmers Market is initiating a recall on our Smoked Mozzarella Pasta Salad after being alerted by our supplier the pasta has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Impacted product will have a best by date between 10/10/25 and 10/29/25. Customers who have purchased affected product from the deli service case or in grab & go containers are urged to discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. No illnesses have been reported to date.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
