Neighborhood Grants

Since 2016, the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation has operated the Neighborhood Grants program, offering grants up to $10,000 to local organizations to increase kids’ access to fresh, healthy food and nutrition education. To date, nearly 200 organizations have been awarded Neighborhood Grants, totaling $1.3 million.

Our Work

With the support of valued vendors, the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation funds programs that establish elementary school and community gardens in underprivileged areas, develop school-based healthy nutrition curriculum, deliver life-saving vitamins and nutrition to at-risk populations around the world, and much more. The goal of shifting the landscape of health in our society is a big one, and we look forward to creating healthy communities, together.
