Sprouts’ Team Members are known for taking care of shoppers with healthy products that brings goodness to homes and families, and that care extends to neighboring businesses, too. Recently, store #945 – Marlton, NJ put together care packages of Sprouts goodies to welcome back some of the businesses that temporarily closed due to the pandemic. “Most of the plaza was closed for quite a few months,” said Chris Murphy, scan coordinator. “The week before the stores were set to open, we came together and decided to welcome our neighbors back in a special way.”
Chris and Grocery Manager Andrea Mansure worked together to create the special packages, including healthy and hearty snacks and treats, bright, fresh produce and a note from team members, all packed with care. “When we presented the packages to some of the stores, we received an abundance of gratitude. In these challenging times, this is what it’s all about – taking care of each other not only within our stores, but in our communities,” said Chris.
