To celebrate school gardening programs across the country, the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation will host the first-ever, virtual school gardens tour on April 27th. This 30-minute event will take viewers from Hawai’i to Washington, D.C., highlighting seven school gardens along the way. Throughout the holiday season, Sprouts shoppers can purchase pre-packed “Grab ‘N' Give” bags filled with pantry staples or personal care items at a 10% or higher discount that Sprouts will donate on their behalf to a local food bank. Donation bags are approximately $10 and include canned food, nonperishable groceries and body care products. Last year, Sprouts shoppers donated more than 3 million meals to families in need!
